This egg-shaped pendant is modeled in 56 zolotnik gold, and is decorated with fine, powder-blue guilloche enamel work, whose pattern resembles layered feathers or leaves. This little egg has a small six-pointed star on its bottom. We are confident that this egg belongs to the house of Fabergé

A lovely, Imperial Russian miniature egg pendant, made around the turn of the 20th century. This egg-shaped pendant is modeled in 56 zolotnik gold, and is decorated with elaborate enamel work, in lavender, periwinkle, and white. The scallop and shield-shaped guilloche enamel sections are separated by white guilloche enamel borders, and each of the lavender sections is decorated with a charming wheat motif.
