Victorian Gold in Quartz Circle Pendant
in 14k Gold
* * SOLD * *
An especially lovely antique gold-in-quartz specimen mounted in a simple, low-profile, 14k gold bezel. This California gold-in-quartz's white and grey host rock is scattered with flashes of lipstick red. Webby, naturally-occurring gold ore spreads through this rock, creating the look of craquelure . . . a tiny galaxy. When this pendant moves in the light, the bright, metallic, gold veining is striking, standing out against the earthy base of the host rock. We love this specimen for its unique figuring, and we love the pendant's perfect circular form! This hangs from a round jump ring.
