Edwardian Era Pearl & Diamond Half Hoop Ring
with Scalloped Openwork Gallery in 18k Gold
* * SOLD * *

A dainty, Edwardian-era three stone, half hoop ring, modeled in 18k yellow gold, and set with a trio of luminous, natural pearls. These three half-pearls are held in a series of modified, claw-like prongs that are integral to the ring's classic, scalloped, openwork gallery. Pairs of little old mine cut diamonds lay between our creamy pearls, and a single engraved leaf graces each of the ring's shoulders. The ring's half round shank tapers toward the base. This is a very sweet example of a quintessentially English style— it is in wonderful condition and we love the glinty diamonds and creamy pearls together, here! This ring is marked for purity and for the city of Birmingham.
