Dainty Victorian Tied Knot Ring
in 14k Gold
* * SOLD * *
A sweet, Victorian era ring, modeled in 14k rosy yellow gold, that takes the form of a knot fashioned from two round gold wires. These wires were literally tied together during the ring's construction. The ring shanks have been finished separately, at the base. The gold wires are bound together with the knot, but they are not soldered together. This unusual antique ring has an especially graphic quality, and we love it's smaller scale. It would make a wonderful wedding band, considering the symbolic potential of the knot. It might also be worn as a reminder of something important or of someone dear.
