A classic, Art Deco era, filigree engagement ring, modeled in 18k white gold and set with a chunky .52 carat old European cut diamond (F/G, SI1). This sparkling, white diamond is bead-set into an octagonal seat at the center of the ring face, which is low-profile and softly domed. It is flanked by a pair of deep blue, elongated, pennant-shaped sapphires (created). The ring's filigree is visually delicate, with crisp milgrained edges; its many decorative elements include pierced, fan-like gallery arches, pairs of crescents, and a long engraved leaf that crosses an open circle at the ring's shoulder, before it trails down the square, tapering shank. This ring is ornate and exceptionally well-balanced— the little details are a secret for the wearer and only really reveal themselves upon close inspection. We love this iconic form— it is both striking and easy to wear!
