The opal's body color is blue-white, and it is electric from every angle! Flanking the opal, a pair of antique, old European cut diamonds (1.04 ctw, G/H, VS) rest in platinum bezels. These hand-cut diamonds are bright and chunky, with small tables, steep crown facets, and open culets. The ring's shank has a knife-edge which gives it a slender look. This is a clean, contemporary take on a classic form! Metals are matte finished.

This was designed by Poor Mouchette and handcrafted in Portland, OR, by collaborating, independent craftspeople— even the antique diamonds were sourced locally.
