A circular, Art Deco era diamond cluster ring, modeled in platinum, centering on a series of five bezel-set diamonds (a primary Old European cut diamond and four transitionals) which are arranged horizontally across its intricate, openwork face. This openwork features a pair of pierced, ovate leaves (reminiscent of philodendron), flanked by concentric crescent shapes that bow toward the center, or bend to follow the edge of the ring face. These forms are pave-set with many small, transitional and single cut diamonds— they are highly dimensional, appearing lightly "cinched" beneath the row of bezel-set diamonds, which lay atop them. This ring has cathedral shoulders, and its undergallery is pierced with a motif of scallops. We love it for its unusual, very central leaf decor, and for its almost sculptural dimensionality. This ring is cozy and very flattering in wear.
