The ring's shoulders are each decorated with a series of five, bead-set rose cut diamonds. Its gallery is embellished with tiny, scalloped, openwork details. This Hungarian ring is visually delicate, but substantially made. It is marked with a fox head, inside an elongated, hexagonal cartouche, indicating 14k gold purity and manufacture between the years 1872 - 1922. 

This moonstone has a strong blue adularescence that is not communicated in our still photos.
