A diamond-shaped, Art Deco era cluster ring, modeled in platinum, whose primary gem is a fiery, half carat transitional cut diamond (G-H, VS1). This soulful old sparkler sits at the center of the ring's face, where it is held in a slim, milgrained bezel. Four sash-like channels curve out from our bezel set diamond, appearing to lay behind it. Astride it, a pair of elongated, diamond-set pennants, framed by lacy panels of chevron-motif filigree. Further accent diamonds fill in to the north and south, also edging the perimeter of the ring face. The ring's slender shank features a bound detail at the shoulder, which furthers the ring's beautiful, gathered, corset-like aesthetic. We love the finely executed details, here, along with the ring's unusual (and very flattering) shape!
