Victorian Natural Burmese Jadeite Green Uniform Jade Bead Necklace

One hundred and sixteen natural, untreated Burmese jade beads (no cert), in an earthy medium apple-green hue, make up this sweet, twenty-four inch, Victorian-era beaded necklace. These jade beads are are hand-strung on green silk cord. They are uniform and well-matched with some variation; their green is that green we think of when we refer to "jadeite" as a color. The 18k gold barrel clasp is marked with Chinese characters. This necklace is all original and has not been restrung.

Notes
Jade are coral are difficult to photograph perfectly for color. We feel that these beads are lovelier in person, with a tint that is slightly-bluer/less-yellow than the photos convey.
