An elegant, Victorian-era, braid-woven bracelet, made in 14k yellow gold, with a monogrammed clasp. The bracelet's centerpiece is hand-engraved with the initials MJG, in curling period script. Rectangular end-pieces, decorated with fine ropework and granulation, done in Etruscan revival style, frame the oval clasp. This medium width bracelet has a sumptuous presence— its weight is significant, comfortable and comforting. Marked 14k on the clasp tongue. The metal's high, bloomed color reads like 18k. This fits an average woman's wrist with plenty of flattering play. Safety chain is original.
