Art Deco Three Stone Filigree Ring with Scissor Cut Emeralds in 18k Gold
* * SOLD * *
An Art Deco era three stone filigree ring, made in 18k white gold. The ring face is horizontally set with three old mine cut diamonds, and two scissor cut emerald accents. The filigree work is delicate and interesting with knife-wire, scrolling folate forms, and an unusual figure in the gallery that resembles a maple keys or a winged insect. This would make a lovely alternative engagement ring, or three year anniversary band. The emeralds are original to the ring and they do show their age under magnification.
This ring can be easily re-sized; to add resizing to your order, please visit our services section.
Measurements to follow. Diamond CTW is approx .55 carats.
We have not been able to locate period-appropriate replacement emeralds for this ring. If you prefer crisp new stones where the emeralds are now, it is possible to replace them with blue sapphires. We like the emerald color and so have chosen to leave the stones in place. Please contact us if you are interested in sapphire replacements.
