Art Deco Era Transitional Cut Diamond Engagement Ring in Platinum
* * SOLD * *
An Art Deco engagement ring, modeled in platinum, whose primary, transitional cut diamond is nested in a low-profile, four-prong basket. This .45 carat diamond is especially bright, lively and clean (E/F, VVS2). The prongs that hold it aloft are made in a decorative, three-lobed style. A pair of flush set baguette diamonds add interest to the ring's shoulders, and the ring's slender knife-edge shank tapers toward the base. This ring is elegant and minimal, with fine details that reveal themselves upon closer inspection.
