1930s Two Tone 14k Gold Diamond Forget Me Not Engagement Ring
A two-tone Art Deco era engagement ring, decorated with a forget-me-not motif, and set with a sparkling .28 carat old cut white diamond. The upright forget-me-nots that flank the stone are complete with pairs of crescent-shaped leaves that remind me of blades or slivers of moon. The blooms are yellow gold, while the leaves and the other elements of the ring face are white. The leaves are set with small, single-cut diamonds that add sparkle to the composition. The half-round shank tapers from the bottom of each flower. Marked 14k.
