Victorian Tiger Claw Amulet in 14k Gold
* * SOLD * *

An antique, Raj era, tiger claw charm or fob, set in 14k rosy yellow gold. This carefully made setting caps the top of the claw, as well as the point, and a slim gold brace hugs the curve of the underside of the claw, connecting the custom-fitted caps. The top of the setting is hand-engraved with an ornate seal-and-banner motif, and one of these seals is monogrammed with the letters EJ. The pointed cap is engraved with a small, floral spray. This lovely old charm is fitted with a big goldfilled jump ring. It's large enough to make a statement on its own, but it would be especially lovely added to a clutch of meaningful amulets.
