Victorian Pansy Chain Bangle Bracelet in 14k Gold

A Victorian-era, hinged, bangle bracelet, made in 14k yellow gold, and modeled as a chain of pansies. These four flowers are decorated with a fine, stippled texture, and each one is prong-set with a small, white diamond. The three-dimensional blooms appear to be carried across the face of the bracelet on a twisted rope. Tension clasp closure with safety chain. Marked 14k.
To the Victorians, pansies were used , symbolically, to declare love— to remind another that they live in your thoughts.
