The top of this treasure chest is decorated with a hand-pierced series of baroque hearts. Its ends and sides are deeply-engraved with varied patterns. This magical old darling is entirely hand built— its construction is precise and ingenious. We especially love its additional "secret compartment!" Equally wonderful are the many different styles of engraving here, the contrasting texture this engraving provides, and the way it catches the light. This locket is equipped with an extra-large, round jump ring. It wears beautifully on long chain, alone or layered with other meaningful pieces. Marked 18k for purity.
