It is held in place by four pairs of claw-like, yellow gold prongs. A pair of wonderful, old, shield-shaped diamonds (G/H, VS) decorate the ring's cathedral shoulders, laying astride our lush emerald. The ring's platinum shank is knife-edged, and it tapers toward the base. This ring's clean, sophisticated lines make it timeless and especially endearing! This style is often imitated in contemporary jewelry, but is never quite equaled.
